BioThis journal is very simply my forays into the world of cooking. I've been cooking on my own for about four years, and just recently moved in with my fiancé into a lovely Boston apartment with a deliciously large kitchen. I'm trying to do a little more experimental cooking when I have the time.
I'm usually cooking for two, so if the portions seem odd, that's probably why. Most of my measurements are approximated (esp. when it comes to seasonings) so these recipes are more like a set of guidelines than anything else. Alot of them come from cookbooks or online sources where noted, but often with my own modifications. You'll find that I cook alot of pasta and chicken dishes, but I'm a big fan of well balanced meals.
So feel free to give any of these recipes a try and let me know how it turns out! Share recipes of your own or any suggestions or advice.
